Fried Chicken (With Bone)
Step 1: In a large pot, put in enough oil to cover pieces of chicken.
Step 2: Preheat oil on high heat.
Step 3: Put our Crispy Fried Chicken Batter in one bowl. In a separate bowl, put 1 or 2 beaten eggs.
Step 4: Bathe your chicken thoroughly with the egg wash.
Step 5: With dry hands, place the chicken, one piece at a time, into our bowl of Crispy Fried Chicken Batter. Make sure to cover all crevices and shake any excess batter off.
Step 6: Place coated chicken into hot oil. (Oil is hot enough when the chicken sizzles!)
Step 7: Make sure pieces don’t stick to each other. Cook chicken for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown!
Schnitzel/Tenders

Step 6: Place coated chicken into hot oil. (Oil is hot enough when the chicken sizzles!)
Step 7: Cook chicken for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown!
Baked Chicken
Step 1: Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Put our Crispy Fried Chicken Batter in one bowl. In a separate bowl, put 1 or 2 beaten eggs.
Step 3: Bathe your chicken thoroughly with the egg wash.
Step 4: With dry hands, place the chicken, one piece at a time, into our bowl of Crispy Fried Chicken Batter. Make sure to cover all crevices and shake any excess batter off.
Step 5: Place parchment paper on baking tray. Then place coated chicken on tray.
Step 6: Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown!
Peking Chicken
Step 1: Use boneless chicken breast or thigh.
